To book your ferry tickets, simply click the “Book Ticket” button on our website.

1. Select your route and travel dates on the booking form, then click “Search Trips.”

2. Browse available trips and choose your preferred departure time.

3. Click “Checkout” and fill out the required passenger details.

4. Proceed to payment. We accept GCash, Bank Transfer, and Credit/Debit Cards via our secure online booking platform.

You’ll receive a confirmation once your booking is successful.

To enjoy discounted fares, please upload the required documents during checkout. Make sure they are clear and valid to avoid delays.

Ticket Rebooking & Cancellation Guidelines

You may rebook or cancel your ticket up to one (1) day before your scheduled departure.

Refunds are allowed only if the ticket has not been checked in, and each shipping line has its own policy:

• Island Water – Refundable and rebookable before check-in. Once checked in, tickets are non-refundable.

• Galerian – Refundable and rebookable before check-in. Once checked in, tickets are non-refundable.

• Montenegro – Tickets are strictly non-refundable.

⚠️ Note: All changes are subject to the respective shipping line’s policies, ticketing rules, and cut-off times.

Please arrive at the port at least 1 hour before your scheduled departure to allow time for ticket collection, check-in, and boarding procedures.

⚠️ Late arrivals may not be accommodated, so we strongly recommend being on time to avoid missing your trip.

🧳 Baggage Policy:
Each passenger is allowed up to 15 kg of baggage.
Excess baggage may be subject to additional charges, depending on the ferry operator.

🐾 Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed on board, but the following are required by both the port and the ferry company:

1. A valid Travel Permit from the Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI)

2. Pets must be in a secure cage or carrier, regardless of size.

Please note: Boarding may be denied if these requirements are not met.

In the event of a weather-related cancellation, you may choose to either:

• Rebook your trip to a later available date, or

• Request a full refund.

Passenger safety is our top priority, and we closely follow port authority advisories in case of weather disturbances.

For your safety—and in compliance with port and maritime regulations—the following items are strictly prohibited inside the port and aboard the ferry:

• Bladed, sharp, or pointed objects

• Flammable materials (e.g., matches, lighters, butane, certain batteries)

• Alcoholic beverages

• Raw or processed meats (including chicken)

• Firearms, explosives, or any type of weapon

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances

• Paint, thinners, and other hazardous chemicals

⚠️ Please ensure none of these items are in your luggage to avoid delays or confiscation.

Here are the current parking and entry rates at Batangas Port:

🔖 Important Notes:

• A ticketing fee of Php 200.00 applies in addition to the actual parking fee.

• Tricycles are considered a 4-wheel vehicle and are charged under Type 1 rates.

• 11:30 AM – Arrival at Batangas Port

• 12:45 PM – Ferry departs to Puerto Galera

• 2:30 PM – Arrival at Balatero Port, Puerto Galera

• 12:30 PM – Arrival at Batangas Port
